What a wonderful trip, a much needed break, and great time with family. As always though, it was so nice to be home.
Catching up on the DVR
After the heat wave of SoCal, we were greeted by this . . .
. . . SNOW! Stephen saw snow all the way to Sylvia's the day after we got home. Then he proclaimed to me, "Mommy, there is snow everywhere." He was so excited. He wanted to help shovel when he got home. So, he and Matt worked on the back deck that evening. I am sad fall is over so soon and we are in the white stuff for months. But I can't wait to ski - cross-country and downhill. I can't wait to teach Stephen to ski. Plus I look forward to getting the house organized during the winter.
