Reward System

Stephen has been a little difficult recently. Lots of things causing it - being a little boy, separated from daddy, and lots of new activities. The biggest frustrations were not listening or cooperating and crying when he doesn't get his way. So I did a reward system. Every time he cooperated he got a bead. When all of the little boxes were full there was a reward waiting. The little exercise worked pretty well. Overall much more cooperative than before. Now onto the next reward, trying to figure out what that will be.
