Blogging Hiatus

Sorry for the blogging break for the past two weeks.  It was unplanned, but now I have time to take a breath.  To summarize our past two weeks, my version of the 12 days of Christmas:
- 13 days without daddy - he went to a pre-deployment training in San Antonio, TX.   Six months is going to be a long time.
- 12 nights mommy shared her bed with her kids
- 11 meltdowns by Stephen (per day it seemed)
- 10 deep breaths I had to take each day to stay patient
- 9 million steps Eleanor is now taking each day
- 8 days of work for me (1 1/2 ended up being sick days)
- 7 kids visiting with Santa Claus last weekend (Eleanor was not a fan)
- 6 days of snow - thank you to our wonderful neighbors who kept my driveway clean
- 5 senses that Stephen now knows
- 4 sick people in our house - Eleanor twice, Stephen and I both ended up on antibiotics
- 3 sleepovers - two at Miss Sylvia's and one at home with Miss Erica
- 2 wonderful friends who helped us with the kids and picking Matt up (Erica and Brian)
- 1 tired and thankful mommy

Pictures and more updates to follow!  Welcome home daddy!  We love you and missed you!
